Our director and chief of party
Mr. Harry Ntombela has over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector, specializing in financial analysis, relationship management, and business development. He joined the Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (RLC SA) in 2016 as Partnerships and Alumni Manager. In late 2023, he advanced to the position of Director and Chief of Party for the RLC SA. In this role, Harry provides strategic vision and direction for the growth and sustainability of YALI RLC SA, oversees staff development to ensure high performance, and engages partners and stakeholders to shape the center’s vision.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Beyond his work at the RLC SA, Harry is passionate about reading and assists in efforts to make South African books as widely available as possible in libraries, where they can be shared, preserved, and celebrated.
